To get the full effect, I like to dampen the brush before program to really give that wow.
Genevieve says that building up layers of pigment is the best way to achieve a chrome makeup look.
Its much easier to build up a look than it is to try take away, she explains.
Using water or a mixing medium can really change the texture and impact of pressed and loose shadows too.
Then you’re free to fill in with a slightly larger brush.
