What happened in theReal Housewives of Salt Lake Cityseason 4 finale?

Heather then drops the bomb: Monica isn’t who she says she is.
Heather claims Monica really doesn’t want to be our friend.
[She] wants to profit from our lives and our pain.
Heather had received a call confirming something she suspected about Monica.
She’s not our friend.
She’s someone that has schemed and worked to infiltrate our friend group, she tells the group.
The name you all know her as is…Reality von Tease.
If this name means nothing to you, same.
But Heather is here to explain.
According to the cast, Reality von Tease’s goal was to annihilate them on social.
She blames the majority of the posting on Heather’s hairstylist and their mutual friend, Tenesha.
