Kat Stickler:We have a great relationship.

I love money, I respect it.

But I definitely feel like I have a healthy relationship with money now.

We get along great.

Honestly, I started thinking about it after I had my daughter.

Before, it was just me.

I was like, yeah, we can get this, we can buy this.

So she was the catalyst.

Also, realizing that compound interest is your best friend.

Its such a good point.

I think people are afraid to ask for help, and there are so many resources out there.

No one asks for help.

You have to ask questions or else its going to be overwhelming.

Theres a lot of mystery and misinformation out there about the influencer economy.

Anything you want to clear up?

People think its super easyanyone can do it.

You are bringing an active audience that you grew and nurtured into this product or company or brand.

Its a much more intimate relationship with consumers and companies than Ive ever seen.

Youre not just hiring an actress to read a script.

Youre really putting yourself out there.

More than people know.

What advice do you have for someone buying their first home?

I was going to buy three different places before I found this one.

Dont be sold by oh, this house is so cute.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Figure out what you’re gonna wanna know before you buy it.

What district is it in?

Also, dont feel rushed.

Like, oh, I am 35, I need to buy a house, thats the blueprint.

No, its not.

The blueprint is what you make.

Dont feel like youre going to be judged.

Thats my biggest piece of advice: Dont feel pressured.

Whats the last thing you splurged on?

Not going to splurge on anything for a long time.

Do you have any spending regrets?

Those are mostly the late-night Instagram scrolling or TikTok scrolling where I literally am delusional, Im so tired.

So I believe everything that person on the camera is saying.

Im a 2 a.m. purchaser on the phone.

The algorithm knows me.

They target me at 2 a.m.
