Buckingham Palace announced today thatKing Charles IIIhas been diagnosed with cancer.
During The Kings recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted.
Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer,the statement read.
