To complete the look she wore sculpted long waves, bronzy eyes, and glossy nude lips.
She accessorized with dangling silver earrings and a dainty silver ear cuff.

This isnt the first time Cyrus bleached her brows.
Back in 2014 she wore the edgy look on thecover ofWmagazine.
According to celebrity eyebrow specialistJoey Healy, bleached brows are yet another evolution of the 90s and Y2K aesthetic.
