Same thing with WAGs.
It means wives and girlfriends.
Ive never understood why that would be necessarily a negative thing….
But because its associated with femininity and women, all of a sudden its a negative thing?

I believe that to be true.

A lot of us have such cool occupations, and not all of us are bloggers or influencers.
Ive met so many girls who do different things.
Theyre Pilates instructors, theyre teachers, theyre nursesall these things outside of just being somebodys partner.
What is the biggest misconception about being a WAG?
Its hard to remember that maybe we shouldnt root for this person to lose their job.
Maybe we shouldnt root for this person to get cut.
So its hard when you have people who dont really recognize that part of it.
I think about my husband and I think about the man he is and why I married him.
And theres so much more to wives and girlfriends of the league.

There are days that I do that, but not all the time.
I also have four kids, but none of us work.
None of us take a stab at work.
From the outside it does look like a very glamorous life.
It is a pretty interesting life to sell to an audience and share with an audience.
Its so crazy because its normal to me.
When youre seeing him play football on the screen, you cant see his personality.
You dont really know who he is.
Youre able to show your personality.
Youre able to show your life behind the scenes.
I think people are interested in seeing that lifestyle.
Its actually really nice because people are getting to see that theres so much more to it.

People get to see the normal side of things.
They get to see the family side of things, stuff outside of football.
Social media in general just kind of normalizes lifestyles that youre not in tune with.
That applies to being with an NFL player.

How do you create your game-day outfits?
I have a bunch of ideas that just come to me.
Anderson
I feel like my best outfit is yet to come because I keep getting cooler pieces.
I like to wear simple things like neutrals.
The Pirates colors are black or gold, so I usually just wear black.
I took a Free People puffer vest and put the number on the back of it.
Then I spent four hours by hand placing the jewels on the back of it.
I like doing those fun little projects.

I already loved to dress up for sports games.
I like to tailor my outfits to the feel of each city when were visiting.
It just makes it more fun.
