The lack of federal paid leave in America is an urgent crisis. One in four women with no maternity leave have returned to work within two weeks of giving birth. When someone is sick and needs care, there is no provision from the government for paid family leave. Only 25% of workers have access to paid family medical leave through their jobs. "Glamour" and the Paid Leave for All project have teamed up with comedians, actors, and television presenters to highlight the issue and urge policymakers to pass paid leave, with our satirical book series "Get Your Sh*t Together, Baby."
