Singer and Oscar winner Billie Eilish,director Ava DuVernayandPoor Thingsactors Mark Ruffalo and Ramy Youssef were among the guests who wore the enamel red pin which connoted their solidarity with Artists4Ceasefire, a group of nearly 400 entertainment industry workers whosigned an open letterurging President Biden to call for a ceasefire in theongoing conflict.
Other celebrities who signed the letter includeAmerica Ferrera, Bradley Cooper, Jessica Chastain,Quinta Brunson, Cate Blanchett, Lupita Nyongo, Drake, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Lopez.

The pin symbolizes collective support for an immediate and permanent ceasefire, the release of all of the hostages and for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza, Artists4Ceasefire wrote in a press release.
